This is a complete hockey specific off season program consisting of three developing phases. Each phase builds upon the previous one and helps boost physical performance for hockey. It is based on the principles and methods utilized that have helped train greats like Nico Hischier.
Phase 1 represents the GPP (general physical preparation) block of the program. It will help improve mobility issues, re-balance asymmetries, build extensive power, strength and conditioning. Overall it lays the foundation for good health, injury risk reduction as well as the following more intensified phases of the program.
