This is a complete hockey specific off season program consisting of three developing phases. Each phase builds upon the previous one and helps boost physical performance for hockey. It is based on the principles and methods utilized that have helped train greats like Nico Hischier.
Phase II represents the strength/hypertrophy block of the program. It will help you build specific muscle tissue and strength for all required movements on the ice. Additionally, it will progressively improve your explosive power, introduce speed training, bulletproof your hips against the demands of skating, as well as intensify your overall conditioning. This phase is the ultimate primer before our final stage of the program where hockey performance is paramount.
